How refunds and cancellations work for Gilead Digital services.
We want every engagement to deliver value. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our services.

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to digital marketing services provided by Gilead Digital. Because our services involve dedicated time, strategy and resources allocated to your account, refunds are handled as described below.
2. Monthly Retainer Services
Retainer services (such as ongoing SEO, paid media management and social media) are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel future months with the notice period stated in your service agreement. Fees for the current month and work already performed are non-refundable, as resources have already been committed.
3. Project-Based Work
For fixed-scope projects (such as website builds or one-time campaigns), payments are tied to milestones. Refunds for completed milestones are not available. If a project is cancelled mid-milestone, we will assess the work completed and refund any unearned portion of that milestone at our reasonable discretion.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are considered where services have not yet commenced, or where we have materially failed to deliver agreed work and have been unable to remedy the issue within a reasonable period. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with results that fall within normal performance variability.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@gileaddigital.in with your invoice reference and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (such as ad spend, software licences, stock assets and domain or hosting fees) are non-refundable once paid to the relevant provider.
